Caswell County Partnership for Children

The Caswell County Partnership for Children (CCPFC) is accepting applications for the 2011-12 NC Pre-Kindergarten Program (formally known as the More at Four Program). This program is designed to prepare eligible four-year-olds in Caswell County for success in school. The program is open to children who turned 4 years old on or before August 31, 2011 and meet the eligibility requirements. Children must meet either income guidelines or have an identified disability as indicated by the child having a current Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
Services include:

• 6.5 hour pre-kindergarten day during the school year
• Degreed teachers
• Approved Curriculum
• Small class sizes of no more than 18 children

Program sites are located at the following child care centers:
Yanceyville Early Head Start Center at 1149 Main Street in Yanceyville, NC.

• The program operates from 8:30 am – 3:00 pm.

Rainbow Educational Child Care Center at 573 Fire Tower Road in Yanceyville, NC.

• The program operates from 8:00 am – 2:30 pm.

• **Transportation is available at this site**

Services are provided at no cost to eligible families.

All supporting documentation is required to be submitted with the application.

Children living in Caswell County who turned 4 years old on or before August 31, 2011 MAY QUALIFY for the Pre-Kindergarten (Pre-K) program. You must provide the following documentation listed below for your application to be processed:

• Child’s Birth Certificate
• Child’s Updated Immunization Record Card
• Child’s Social Security, if applicable
• Photo ID and 2 proof off residency (showing same address)

And one off the following:

• Verification of income (Three consecutive pay stubs or 1040 tax forms if self employed for current year and copy of all public assistance, including child support if receiving)

• OR Individualized Education Plan (IEP)

*Without these documents, your application cannot be considered complete.*
