Two-Year Request for Applications for NC Pre-K Site

The Caswell County Partnership for Children (CCPFC) will conduct an open and competitive site selection process to seek two-year applications for the provision of NC Pre-K services for young children in the year prior to entering Kindergarten.  The time period for services will be July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2028.  Proposed sites must agree to comply with all applicable North Carolina Child Care Rules, specifically Rule .3000 NC Pre-Kindergarten Services, the NC Pre-Kindergarten Program Requirements, and the NC Pre-K Program Fiscal and Contract Manual, during the funding cycle.

This site selection process is open to all eligible public and private child care sites in Caswell County, including 4 and 5-star and temporary license sites.  Existing NC Pre-K sites that are maintaining all NC Pre-K Standards do not have to reapply.

Prospective applicants should review the Site Application HERE for specific rules and requirements.  It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that all information has been reviewed.

When submitting the complete Application, submit one (1) signed original and six (6) copies of the application to CCPFC. Applications can be mailed to PO Box 664, Yanceyville, NC 27379 or dropped off at 1084 NC Highway 86 N in Yanceyville, NC. Completed applications will be received until 5:00 p.m., Thursday, October 9, 2025.

Two-Year Request for Applications for Administrative Goods and Services

The Caswell County Partnership for Children (CCPFC) will conduct an open and competitive selection process to seek two-year bids from qualified vendors to provide Administrative Goods and Services for the period of July 1 2025-June 30 2027.

Administrative Goods include office supplies and Services include printing, pest control and office cleaning. If interested in applying to provide these goods and services, please review the Request for Applications Guidelines. Vendors are required to complete the application that corresponds to the goods and/or services for which you are interested in providing.   Provide a response to each question included on the application.   Prospective Vendors may select an application here to provide Office Supplies , Printing , Pest Control and Office Cleaning.

A separate application is required for each good and/or service area. 

CCPFC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, and to be the sole judge of suitability of the services for its intended use and specifically reserves the right to make awards on the basis of what is determined by CCPFC to be in the best interest of the organization.

One electronic copy of the application and a cost proposal for each of the two fiscal years must be submitted to ccpfcblangley@esinc.net no later than 4:00 pm, July 28, 2025. Please use the subject line “2025-2027 Administrative Goods and Services RFA” in your email.
