The Caswell County Partnership for Children (CCPFC) is seeking multi-year Requests for Proposals (RFP) from applicants with expertise in providing evidence-based/evidence-informed services focused on raising the quality of early care and education, supporting families, advancing child health, expanding literacy, and supporting and evaluating services for children, birth to age 5, and their families and caregivers in Caswell County for the FY 2026-2029 contract cycle, beginning July 1, 2026.

Respondents should review the Request for Proposals (RFP) Guidelines for specific information required in the RFP, which is posted online at http://www.caswellchildren.org/rfp/.  It is the Respondent’s responsibility to ensure that all information has been reviewed.

Proposals subject to the conditions outlined in the RFP will be received until 5:00 p.m., March 2, 2026.  Interested parties must submit one (1) original and five (5) copies of the proposal, along with an electronic copy.  Send all proposals directly to CCPFC at the address as shown in the RFP.

All Respondents are encouraged to attend a BIDDER’s CONFERENCE scheduled for 3:30 pm on February

12, 2026 at CCPFC at the address shown in the RFP.  Register by February 10, 2026 by

emailing ccp4child@esinc.net.
