Three-Year Request for Proposals for Copier lease

The Caswell County Partnership for Children (CCPFC) is seeking three-year proposals from qualified vendors to provide a copier lease solution to facilitate copying and printing from computers, using codes to allocate copies across programs.  The selected solution should enhance operational efficiency and provide a seamless experience for all users.

Offerors are cautioned that this is a Request for Proposals (RFP), not a request to contract.  CCPFC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, and to be the sole judge of suitability of the services for its intended use and specifically reserves the right to make awards on the basis of what is determined by CCPFC to be in the best interest of the organization.

All questions must be submitted in writing by 5 pm on May 23, 2025. Responses will be posted on the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) List by 5 pm on May 28, 2025. It is recommended that Offerors review the FAQ List prior to submission of the proposal.

One electronic copy of the proposal and Copier Lease Proposal Chart must be submitted to ccpfcblangley@esinc.net no later than 5:00 pm, June 4, 2025. Please use the subject line “Copier Lease RFP – (Company Name)” in your email.
