Professional Development Incentives (PDI)

Supporting Early Childhood Professionals. Recognizing Education, Experience, and Commitment.

Caswell County Partnership for Children (CCPFC), through Smart Start funding, offers the Professional Development Incentives (PDI) Program to recognize and support early childhood professionals working in Caswell County.

The program provides financial incentives to eligible early childhood educators who demonstrate a commitment to professional growth, continued education, and service in the early childhood field.

Our goal is to strengthen Caswell County's early childhood workforce by supporting education, recognizing experience, and encouraging qualified professionals to remain in the field.
