Participants will learn a variety of self-care practices to improve personal well-being and promote a positive state of being. Participants will discuss how finding ways to highlight personal strengths and delegate tasks in order to maintain professionalism can be valuable. Participants will be able to increase their own Professional Learning Network in order to have a source of support while working in a demanding field.
