The Partnership works with many different local agencies who provide services to children and families and works to identify needed programs and services as well as resources to meet those needs.

By blending and leveraging existing resources and providing funding through Smart Start - the programs below are made possible to young children of Caswell County.

• Child Care Resources and Referral (CCR&R):  This service provides information, support and technical assistance to families and the local community in making quality child care decisions. CCR&R also assists child care providers in becoming licensed.

• Expanded Resources for Child Care Through Incentives for Child Care Providers:  From CCR&R, this activity provides incentives to child care providers to develop additional spaces for infants, toddlers, shift care, and special needs care.
