The local Partnership is governed by
a Board of Directors, representing parents, health care, public
agencies, private businesses, communities of faith, child care
centers, educational institutions, civic organizations, law
enforcement, and concerned citizens. Former and current board
members, along with citizens-at-large, serve on the partnership's
many committees and task forces.

statements on a regular basis
Develops and reviews goals, objectives and action
strategies to accomplish the mission of the Partnership
Develops and manages the strategic planning process
Fundraising/Grants

Recommends resource development goals, including
private fund raising and public sources
Develops plans to solicit funds for the organization
and diversify revenue to the Partnership, including both restricted
and unrestricted dollars
Develop plans and procedures to involve the entire
board in fundraising
Child Care Committee
(Advisory)
Discusses the mutual needs of child care centers and
homes in Caswell County and bring ideas and needs to the attention
of the board for consideration
Designates a member of the committee to represent the
interests and concerns of child care providers to serve on the
Planning Committee
