Training Policies

Effective July 1, 2009

 A fee and registration form is required for all trainings and workshops. All fees and registration forms have to be received in the Caswell County Partnership for Children Office by 5:00 pm (5) five business days prior to scheduled date of the training. Checks should be made payable to the Caswell County Partnership for Children.

If mailing, please make sure that your registration form and fees are mailed in time.

We are not responsible for registration forms or fees lost in the mail or not received on time.

If you do not pre-pay and register, you will not be allowed to attend.

The minimum cost will be $3.00 to reserve your space in the training. Other charges will be noted on training calendars.

If you are a no-show, there will be no refund.

If you are not able to attend, and you call the CCPFC office by 5:00pm the day before the scheduled training, your fee will be credited towards another training. You can send an alternate by notifying the Partnership the day before the scheduled training.

If you don’t cancel, the fee will be considered a donation for the cost of staff preparation time and materials.

When a training has less than 8 participants registered, it is likely to be cancelled. Twenty-four hours prior to that decision, staff will call the teachers that are registered to notify them that the training is in jeopardy of being cancelled.

After the training, the participant will be given (1) one training certificate. We encourage you to give a copy of your training certificate to the Center Director to be placed in your files.

Unprofessional, disruptive or rude behavior from any participant will be addressed with the individual. If the behavior continues, the individual will be asked to leave and no credits hours will be given for that class.
